Lively gooseberry and ripe capsicum, layered with tropical passionfruit and grapefruit undertones. The palate offers crisp acidity coupled with a textural sweetness which is reminiscent of fresh grapefruit. Texturally the wine is punctuated by a light spritz that stimulates the palate, lifting the aromas and flavours, providing a refreshing drink.
